Sessions can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly - it's totally up to you!
In our first session, we'll spend time talking about what's important to you and who you are. We will cover your money story and reflect on the ways in which your finances are affected by your life experiences.
Story is medicine. Medicine is story.
Exercises: Creating a money timeline and setting an intention for your money.
In our second session, we'll review your financial balance sheet together and talk about what your top 3 financial goals are. We'll come up with a game plan together and figure out where to put your energy and focus.

In our third session, we'll work on understanding your cash flow together to set up a budget that makes sense for you. I don't believe that there is one budgeting method for anyone and work with clients who use Google Spreadsheets, Tiller, YNAB, and more. Personally, I use the Fixed vs Flex method although I used to use the anti-budget method.
Exercise: Test out a budget system until you find one that works.
In our fourth session, we'll spend time setting up your financial systems to stay organized and up-to-date with your finances. This involves putting time on your calendar to have money dates with yourself, creating a filing system for your financial docs, coming up with a password management system to keep your accounts secure, and more.

For folks who'd like ongoing accountability and support, we can continue working together on whatever you need help with! For some people, this just helps make sure they're sitting down to review their budget and cash flow each month. For other people, this is a chance to explore other topics like investing, insurance, and tax education. Whatever the topic, we can problem solve together!
