Financial Planning Recruitment - As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who made the pivot from education to finance (and has worked at 6 different financial planning firms over my career), I am great at discerning who might be a great fit for your financial planning firm.
After making sure to really get to know you, your firm, and who you're looking for, I am available to help you screen & interview candidates.
Education and Training - I am a former middle school teacher with a Master's degree in Education, as well as experience as a Training Manager and Customer Education Specialist.
Whether you need help putting together an in-person or virtual onboarding experience for a customer or employee - I can help you get it together quickly and professionally!
Workshop Facilitation - One of my favorite things to do is attend conferences and workshops (I know, who says that?)! At UC Davis, I facilitated 1-2 workshops per week for the Center for Leadership Learning. Later, I became a teacher, and now I host workshops and create YouTube videos on personal finance.
